How to get started?
Getting started is easy — just reach out to us through our Online Booking Tool, email, phone, or WhatsApp. We will begin with a personal travel consultation to introduce ourselves and learn about your travel plans and preferences. Based on your needs, we will share expert tips and recommendations.
If you choose to proceed, a planning fee will apply. We will then craft a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences, refining it until it is exactly what you are looking for.
Once you are happy with the itinerary, we will take care of all the bookings and any special requests. You will receive a detailed travel package with everything you need to know.
When your trip begins, we will be here for you every step of the way. Contact us anytime via email, WhatsApp, or phone if you need help or have questions.

Are your travel planning services free?
The initial consultation is complimentary. Following that, we charge a non-reimbursable planning fee starting at CHF 150 to cover our costs for planning your vacation.
What happens in case of unexpected situations during my trip?
We are committed to ensuring that your vacation remains enjoyable and hassle-free, even in the rare event of unexpected issues. We take care of your travel organization, keeping you informed of essential travel requirements and staying available for any questions or special inquiries.
In the rare event that you might need assistance solving any problems which might occur, we will make every effort to resolve any issues, ensuring your vacation proceeds smoothly.
Do you work with other Travel Agencies or Partners?
We are an independent travel agency and a member of the Swiss Travel Association (STAR). This gives us access to a broad range of travel options and offers.

Are my payments protected when booking with Verdugo Travel?
Yes. Verdugo Travel is a member of Swiss Travel Security (STS), a Swiss foundation that ensures the protection of client payments and return travel in the event of Verdugo Travel's insolvency, in accordance with the Swiss Pauschalreisegesetz.
This means that if anything unforeseen were to happen with Verdugo Travel, your travel investment and return journey are safeguarded offering you peace of mind while you focus on your journey.
